Yes, the date and content of each notice of award are kept in the same record as the solicitation, so your team can show what was published and when, whether that posting is only in the PlanetBids vendor portal or also includes website and newspaper posting. PlanetBids supplements the notice the code required, only replacing it if legally allowed.
Can PlanetBids help us review related purchases over a 12-month period?

Can PlanetBids keep vendor compliance certificates with the award record?
Yes, the certificate can be kept along with insurance and business certifications in the award file to demonstrate receipt. Whether the vendor is compliant stays with your agency.
Our state departments use HIePRO. Does PlanetBids replace it?
That depends. If your department is required to use HIePRO, PlanetBids would be used in conjunction with that system. If your agency (county, higher education system, etc.) is not required to use HIePRO but uses it as the only available option, PlanetBids can replace it and provides more functionality and tracking than the HIePRO system, allowing for solicitation creation and release, vendor communication, secure digital bid acceptance, evaluation, and award, as well as reporting. PlanetBids also does not charge vendor fees.
How long does implementation take?
Most agencies are up and running within a few weeks, including implementation, training, customization, integration, and vendor migration. No additional dedicated IT support is typically required. In special cases, agencies on tight deadlines for federal projects or new bid releases can go live in as little as a few days.
PlanetBids does charge a one-time setup fee that covers all implementation and training. There are no per-bid, vendor, or transaction fees.
How much does PlanetBids cost?
